Fresh blueberry & coconut  bliss balls ๐Ÿฅฅ .
These are super yummy & a healthy sweet treat for afternoon. .

1/2 Cup soaked cashews (for 4hours)
1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen 
1 cup desiccated coconut 
1/4 cup rice malt syrup 
1 tbsp coconut flour .
Blend in food processor & roll into balls, this mixture will be rather wet so can place in freezer if you like. .
Serve with coconut cream for a yummy after dinner sweet. .

The new year is here & so it begins the diets, the โ€œI need to change my bodyโ€™
This will be the best year yet........ & so on. 
We tend to put so much pressure on ourselves (I do this too)& write down massive goals, which is good but then we expect to make these massive changes overnight, change everything & cut out 1/2 the food we are used to eating daily. 
This will never work long term. 
Itโ€™s the small changes we make daily that will turn into the massive changes over time. 
I will be going live tomorrow (Friday 5th Jan) at 11am NZ time on how to overcome this extreme goal setting & my top tips on how to make lasting changes with your food & mindset for 2018. 
Make sure you jump on if you are ready to step up & create change. .

As I sit and reflect on 2017
Itโ€™s been an amazing year with many ups & downs but all in all the people I have met, the things I have learnt, the workshops I ran & the connections I have built has made it unforgettable & magical. .
